Medium: Acrylic, mixed media on canvas
Dimensions: 50”W X 36”H X .75”D
“The Fuller Warren Bridge is part of the I-95 Interstate corridor that runs through downtown Jacksonville all the way to Miami. I’ve taken that route many times! I thought that by framing the bridge with tree branches while focusing on the arched supports of the bridge and the river below would create a strong aesthetic.”- Marsha Glazière
Glazière is an accomplished American sculptor, author, and contemporary mixed media painter. Her large paintings dramatically synthesize the recognizable in a semi-abstract style and masterfully incorporate colláge onto rich impasto surfaces. She transforms industrial metals into graceful, life-sized figures with exquisite detail.
Glazière’s artwork has been featured in over 150 exhibitions in museums, galleries, corporations, and universities throughout the world. Her work is also held in many private and public collections.
Condition: Excellent condition. There are no notable flaws to the canvas or the paint surface. The piece is ready to hang.
